February 2023 Mandate: Prophets in the Dark

By order of the Illuminated Council, all citizens are required to wear their pants at all times. Exceptions will be made for those who can prove they are indeed prophets, in which case, they must wear a sign that says "I'm a prophet" on their forehead.

Key Provisions:

• Article 1: All citizens must carry a small flashlight with them at all times, in case they need to navigate through a cave.
• Article 2: Prophets are not allowed to use their powers for personal gain, unless they are specifically hired by a licensed prophet-hiring firm.
• Article 3: Anyone caught whispering "The answer is in the darkness" more than 5 times in a row will be subject to reeducation.
